A free, confidential service where children and youth get immediate mental health support from a registered therapist by phone or online, with no appointment needed, and can be connected to ongoing local support if needed.

For: Children and youth under 18 who live anywhere in Ontario, whatever their citizenship status, including people here on a temporary visa. Parents and caregivers can connect with their child; for a child aged 0 to 5 the parent can talk without the child, while children aged 6 to 17 must be in the session.
