- For whomChildren and youth under 18 who live anywhere in Ontario, whatever their citizenship status, including people here on a temporary visa. Parents and caregivers can connect with their child; for a child aged 0 to 5 the parent can talk without the child, while children aged 6 to 17 must be in the session.

Connect at least 45 minutes before closing to be sure of a session. No appointment is needed. During open hours you can be connected with a registered therapist in about 5 minutes, and leave with a plan. Ask for English, French or an interpreter, including ASL, if needed. One Stop Talk is not a crisis line. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital.
