Toronto Employment and Social Services runs dental programs for people on social assistance. Adults on Ontario Works or Emergency Assistance, and adult dependents of ODSP clients, can get emergency dental care. People on Ontario Works or ODSP can also get basic dentures, denture repairs and relines.
