Ontario Low-income Individuals and Families Tax (LIFT) Credit
A tax credit, now called the Low-Income Workers Tax Credit, that lowers or wipes out Ontario income tax for low income workers. The most you can get is $875 or 5.05% of your employment income, whichever is lower. It goes down when income is above $32,500 for a person or $65,000 for a family.
