Home and Vehicle Modification Program (HVMP)
March of Dimes Canada runs this Ontario program that pays for basic, essential home and vehicle changes for people with mobility disabilities, such as devices, home modifications and vehicle modifications. Funding is only for changes that remove a barrier. If your request is over $15,000, you must show a plan to pay the amount above that.

Who qualifies:

- Mobility disability
- Means tested
What you need to apply:
- Proof of income (CRA Notice of Assessment)
- OT assessment or disability form, and a quote
- Proof of home ownership or landlord consent
