Energy Affordability Program
Free energy upgrades for Ontario households with lower incomes, to help cut hydro bills. Comprehensive support may include LED bulbs, an energy-efficient fridge, high-efficiency showerheads, a smart thermostat or a cold climate heat pump. Households with somewhat higher incomes can get a free energy saving kit with items like LED bulbs and weather-stripping.

- Primary or secondary utility account holder
- 1 person: income up to $48,220 (full support)
- Or on Ontario Works, ODSP, LEAP or OESP
