- For whomOntario residents with a valid Ontario health card and a physical disability that needs the equipment or supplies for 6 months or longer; coverage can reach 100% for people on Ontario Works, ODSP or Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities, and people already supported by WSIB or Veterans Affairs for the same equipment cannot use it.

- Their stepsGet assessed by a health professional registered with the ADP for your type of device (for mobility aids, an occupational therapist or physiotherapist); email adp@ontario.ca to ask for a list of registered therapists. Fill out the ADP application form with that professional. Buy the device from a business registered with the ADP: it completes and sends the form to the ADP electronically and bills the ADP for its share. Pay your 25% share (Ontario Works, ODSP and ACSD recipients can be covered up to 100%).
