When: Appointments are needed at the 4 clinics. The booking line is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9 am to 4 pm, and Tuesday 1 pm to 4 pm. First-time clients may need a phone intake appointment before the first visit. North York also has walk-in service on Tuesdays from 1 pm to 5 pm (registration starts at 1 pm, limited space).
