Fair Pass Transit Discount Program (TTC)

City of Toronto program loading a 36% TTC discount onto your PRESTO card: $2.10 single fare instead of $3.30 and a $98.70 monthly cap after 47 paid trips. "Starting August 1, 2026, Fair Pass will resume annual eligibility reviews". No documents needed if you receive OW, ODSP or Child Care Fee Subsidy; otherwise proof of income (Notice of Assessment, pay stubs, EI/CPP statements) and Toronto residency.
